Call for patent disclosure:

- No one declared a patent.

-------------
Review of ARs:

- Walter send IBIS-IS documents to list (with Randy's email)
  - Done

- Mike L update Dependent Sources document
  - Only looked at it so far

- Todd: Write IBIS s-param BIRD
  - Still working on it

- Arpad: Write parameter passing syntax proposal (BIRD draft)
for *-AMS models in IBIS that is consistent with the
parameter passing syntax of the AMI models
          - TBD

- TBD: Propose a parameter passing syntax for the SPICE
          - [External ...] also?
          - TBD

- Arpad: Review the documentation (annotation) in the macro libraries.
          - Deferred until a demand arises or we have nothing else to do

-------------
New Discussion:

We looked at pages edited by Walter:
- Mike L: The book number is 9
  - Do we want to leave this in?
  - Bob: We will deal with this later
- Bob: First we must decide what stays and what goes
  - Mike L: The boilerplate may require more discussion than the elements
  - Michael M: It would be best if one person did the actual editing
    - In the next meeting we should choose the editor
- Mike L: VCVS MIN= MAX= are not described here
  - Bob: This is probably not needed for interconnect

Mike L: Possible policies for IBIS-IS are:
- 1) A minimal, elegant language for interconnect
  - This would be easy for simulators to adopt
- 2) Keep features unless they are absolutely not a good idea
  - Some simulators already implement
- Bob: We are waiting for a more final document

Michael M: The technical discussion will take the most work from the group

Randy's comments were partially reviewed in the last call.

Michael M: We need to agree on procedures

Next meeting: 05 May 2009 12:00pm PT
